The opportunity to show foreign customers the competence of a production site is a unique opportunity for every company. In addition to the fact-based, mainly technical presentation, it is particularly important to convey the values of a production site itself. For many years, this has been a decisive factor for long-term customer relationships, even friendships. The non-ability to speak the same language is often a challenge. However, Iryna has always succeeded in conveying not only the technical content, but also the warmth of the people behind the company. Personal practical tips about dealing with guests from different CIS countries have opened many doors for me.

As a leading breeding and seed production company, we are widely represented in the CIS countries. These countries are considered grain granaries for a reason. The huge arable areas allow not only food production but also high-quality seed production. This task requires close contact to our headquarters, especially in production and R&D. In addition to documents translations on preparation stage, interpreting during foreign customer visits, field days and international sales meetings, Iryna organized visits of our partners and customers in Austria. We benefited from her previous experience in forwarding companies in Ukraine in processing, export, logistics and customs clearance.

Even before I studied as a certified social worker with a focus on working with the elderly at the School for Social Care Professions in Linz, I learned German as a foreign language (my level - B2). After graduating, I went into business for myself as a certified social worker with a focus on working with the elderly. I enjoy working with my clients very much, but it also requires me to understand their wishes and needs. For several years Iryna has accompanied me not only in learning German (my mother tongue is Ukrainian), but also in dealing with authorities during my study and the launch of my self-employment.
