Important information regarding personal data protection
We care about your personal data protection. That is why we process your data on the following legal basis: General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Telecommunications Act. In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.
Contact us
If you contact us via the website form or by e-mail, your data entered for order processing will be stored for six months in case of further questions. We will not process your personal data without your consent.
Data storage
We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for contract processing, the webshop operator uses cookies to store the IP data of the connection owner, as well as the name, address and credit card number of the purchaser.
Furthermore, the following data are also stored by us for the purpose of contract processing: address, contact person and contact details. The data provided by you are necessary for the contract fulfilment or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. No data will be transmitted to third parties, except for the transmission of credit card data to the processing bank institutes/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/ freight forwarder authorized by us to deliver the goods and to our tax consultant to fulfil our tax obligations.
Once the purchase process has been cancelled, the saved data will be deleted. In case of contract conclusion, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the tax law retention period (7 years).
The name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are stored until the expiry of the product liability period (10 years). Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96, section 3 of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Article 6, paragraph 1, a (consent) and/or b (necessary for the implementation of the contract) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small data files saved on your target device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.
We use cookies to make our offer more user-friendly. Permanent cookies are stored on your computer until you delete them manually on your device. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser when you access our website again.

Our concern in terms of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. Since we care about personal data protection of our users, their data is anonymized.
User data is stored for 7 years.

a) Links to other websites are provided on this site for information purposes only. We do not have any influence over these sites and therefore do not fall within the terms of this privacy policy. By link activation, the operator of this website may collect data about you and use it in accordance with its privacy policy, which may differ from ours.
